Native to South Africa, honeybush (“Heuningbos” in Afrikaans) is used to strengthen the immune system and relieve menopausal symptoms. Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory, and rooibos, also native to South Africa, soothes stress and promotes healthy digestion. Flavoursome cocoa shell delivers antioxidants with every sip, while hibiscus may lower blood pressure and fight bacteria. Licorice Root aids digestion, rosehip supports daily wellness as a rich source of vitamin C, and pink peppercorn has been used throughout history as a natural cold, flu, and asthma remedy.
