Express Post $14.95 2-5 business days

These shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by factors outside of our control. 

You will receive free delivery on orders over $100

Dispatch can be expected on the day of purchase or a day later depending on the volume of orders. Excludes wholesale dispatch.

Delivery can be made to all valid Australian addresses. Currently, we do not deliver outside of Australia. Currently, we do not have an option to pick up orders

To assist with tracking your order, you will receive a notification via email and a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can then track your order online through the courier’s tracking system. If your order has not arrived within the standard timeframe, please contact us so we can speak to the courier. We recommend selecting to have your order signed for upon delivery rather than leaving it at your doorstep. Unfortunately, we can not replace missing orders if you have selected drop-off without a signature.

Parcel Redirection may be arranged with the courier if notified early. Please contact the courier prior to contacting us to avoid delays. If you are having trouble reaching the courier, please contact us as soon as possible to increase our chances of redirecting the delivery.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay return shipping on all returns and refunds. We must be notified of any product defects or errors within 30 days of receiving the product in order to refund or replace the item. In the case of damage or an error on our side, return shipping will be covered.
